Closing the Gender Gap in Leadership: Advice from a Leadership Coach & Trainer

Women represent 46 per cent of the US workforce, yet as of 2019, women represent only 6.4 per cent of corporate boards for the fortune 500 companies.

We speak to coach, trainer and Ace-Up consultant Amy Rebecca Gay on what organizations must do in order to close the gender gap. Amy Rebecca has over 25 years’ experience helping women better communicate, manage, delegate and increase their influence in the workplace.
